Volunteer Sintered Products is proud to offer our customers the ability to join two base metals together, in a controlled atmosphere, at a significantly lower cost than typical welding or soldering operations. We can press fit joints, automatically apply braze paste, and produce high volumes of products with repeatable results.
We have a current customer base to whom we provide our brazing services. One customer was able to reduce their cost by eliminating their in-house brazing department. By turning to us, they eliminated labor, utilities, and equipment, thereby increasing their profit margin.
